Please state the type of request in the subject line, it helps us answer faster:

• [Support] — bug, payment problem, alert not working, inconsistent price.
• [Data] — access, correction, deletion of your personal data, newsletter unsubscribe.
• [Partnership] — editorial collaboration proposal, link exchange, API integration.
• [Press] — interview request, comment for an article, reference figures.
• [Affiliate] — for affiliate platforms (Travelpayouts, Booking.com, CJ, Awin…) wanting to check the site's compliance.

Response times

• Support and data: 48 business hours, often much less.
• Partnership and press: 5 business days.
• GDPR / Law 25 rights: 30 days maximum, as the regulation requires.

What we do not handle

We are not a travel agency, so we cannot:

• Change or cancel a booking you made with a partner (contact Booking.com, Hostelworld, your airline, etc. directly).
• Issue a refund in place of the supplier.
• Step into a dispute with a hotel or a rental company — we have no access to your file with them.

If you booked through one of our links and the transaction went wrong, write to us anyway: we can pass your report on to our contact at the partner, which sometimes speeds things up.

Social media

For product news, real-time deals and more informal conversation, find us on the agency's official accounts — links in the footer. Important: we handle no support request, and no GDPR rights request, through Instagram, Facebook or X direct messages (those channels are not secure enough for exchanging personal data).

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security flaw (XSS, IDOR, information leak, etc.), write to security@lspenterprise.com stating:

• A clear description of the problem and its potential impact.
• The steps to reproduce it.
• Your URL or handle (so we can credit you publicly if you wish).

We acknowledge receipt within 24 h and keep you informed of the fixes. No legal action against researchers who follow this responsible disclosure process.
